The Lion’s Den is a modern rite of passage designed for high-performing men who refuse to settle for surface-level success or simmering burnout. Founded in 2022 by Bart Morse, The Lion’s Den brings together ancient wisdom, action-based disciplines, and a fiercely accountable brotherhood to forge resilient leaders - at home, at work, and in life’s wildest arenas. 

 

Our Origin

While consulting on innovation for Melinda Gates’ Pivotal Ventures, Bart Morse discovered Chief, a billion-dollar women’s network built on peer support and purpose. He realized there was no equivalent for men seeking personal transformation rather than just professional networking. Shortly thereafter, Bart faced his own crisis - a 15 year marriage crumbling. Traditional therapies, good intentions, the church - nothing spoke to his core masculinity.

In his darkest moment, Bart unearthed a new identity forged by new awareness and habits  and re-aligned his purpose. The Lion’s Den was born from that transformation, crafted to deliver the same crucible of growth to other men.
