Brian Wade

HeadĀ of Fitness & Nutrition

An integral part of the Lion's Den Program is providing a fitness and nutrition plan because it boosts self-confidence while instilling self-discipline, two things men often lack. Members have the privilege of working with Head of Fitness & Nutrition, Brian Wade. Coach Brian has been a corporate trainer at Michelin and Pfizer. He has made the cover of Muscle & Fitness Magazine, earned his CrossFit L3 Certification, is a gym owner, a trainer to the stars, and is a television and film actor who has played roles on hit shows, such as the Big Bang Theory, Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and HBO's Generation Kill to name just a few. Through Coach Brian's programmed workouts (designed for any gym) and macro-centric nutrition plans, LDP members will often lose 10 to 20 lbs within 8 - 12 weeks of joining. Brian played football at Clemson and has his B.S. in Biochemistry.
